For more than half a century, the people of TPC Group have donated their time, talent and resources to make a difference in the lives of our friends and neighbors. The Company understands and supports the importance of efforts being made every day to enrich the quality of life for our employees, community and its people.
The Company's community investment initiatives are intended to positively impact the areas in which we operate -- make them better, safer and healthier places to live and work through effective contributions of resources. We welcome and invite opportunities to support and form partnerships with nonprofit organizations that share a mission to impact in key focus areas aligned with the Company’s outreach strategy.
The key focus areas are:
» Health/Human Services
Grant requests to TPC Group that meet the following criteria will be given priority consideration:
• Associations, organizations and special events in geographic areas where TPC Group operates.
• Associations, organizations and special events that are supported by TPC Group employees through volunteer efforts and
• Associations and organizations that are not political or religious in nature
• Associations and organizations that qualify under Sections 501(c) 3 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code

Some key initiatives that underscore the Company's commitment to community, include an employee Matching Gifts Program, Volunteer Paid Day and Educational Scholarships for dependents of employees and local high school students.
Annual Charity Golf Tournament
A key element of the Company’s Corporate Contributions Program is the TPC Annual Charity Golf Tournament. Since 2005, the Company has contributed more than $650,000 to charitable organizations from the Tournament’s proceeds. Every spring TPC Group accepts applications from non-profit organizations wishing to be considered as a beneficiary of the TPC Group Annual Charity Golf Tournament.
